Specific aims of the project: 1/ To develop e-learning technologies for career building based on the online and offline multimedia, in order to reach wider young audience. One of the main activities, the Virtual career center, will strongly contribute to achieve this aim; 2/ To develop e-consulting as innovative method for career service; 3/ To improve the qualification of consultants in the sphere of vocational training and careers consulting; 4/ To exchange know-how and best practices about consulting services of different youth careers centers in Europe; 5/ To enhance the capabilities of disadvantaged youth in career building by providing useful and accessible information in to the project products.
